"Packaging was a letdown"
My order arrived in a really flimsy box with almost no padding inside. The tape was already coming loose and one corner was smashed in, so it looked like it had been through a rough trip before it got to me.

The actual product was fine, but the way it was packed made the whole thing feel cheap. I’ve ordered similar items from other places, and they usually come much more secure, so for the price I expected better. Disappointing overall.

"Wish I’d read reviews before ordering"
The site itself worked okay, but I didn’t feel very confident about the security side of things. Checkout felt kind of bare, and I couldn’t really find clear info on how my payment or account details were being protected. Maybe everything is fine, but it made me uneasy. I regret not reading more reviews first, and I probably won’t order from here again.

"Easy enough to clean, but not totally hassle-free"
After muddy walks, it does clean up well, which I definitely appreciate. In my experience, though, pet hair tends to get caught in a few little spots, and it takes longer to dry than I expected. I wouldn’t say it’s a problem, but to me it feels like it needs a bit more maintenance than I was hoping for.

"Sizing just didn’t work for us"
I really wanted to like this harness, but yeah, the fit just wasn’t right for my dog. I measured him before ordering and went with the size on the chart, but it ended up feeling too tight in one area and kind of loose in another. The quality seems okay overall, but the sizing was frustrating. I kept trying to adjust it, and my dog just looked uncomfortable the whole time. Maybe it works better for different breeds or body shapes, but for us, unfortunately, it was a miss

"I couldn’t find anything in stock"
I tried to order a few things, but almost everything I wanted was out of stock. For me, that’s frustrating, especially when I’m ready to buy. I ended up giving up and shopping somewhere else.

"I got an Atlas Pet Company..."
I got an Atlas Pet Company collar for my dog it does look really good on him. For quick trips outside, light rain, or running through wet grass, it’s been totally fine and I didn’t really notice any issues.
But after a longer walk in heavier rain, it stayed damp way longer than I expected. So the water resistance kind of works when it wants to, which is annoying for something at this price. It’s not a bad collar, I just expected it to handle wet weather better

"So it didn’t work with my old gear"
So it seemed nice enough, but the clip just didn’t fit my current harness the way it should. I ended up having to return it, which was kind of annoying.

"Felt like my concerns didn’t matter"
I really wanted to feel good about ordering from Atlas Pet Company, but the whole experience left me unsure. The website looked decent enough, but I had a few questions before spending money and it just felt like the answers weren’t easy to find, or like my concerns were kind of being ignored.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I didn’t get that sense of trust I need before buying from a brand. In the end, it felt too risky for me, and I wouldn’t personally recommend them based on that.

"Nice product, but the info could be clearer"
The product looked good overall, and the photos definitely helped me get a basic idea of what I was looking at. That said, I did feel a bit lost going through the product pages. Some important details, like sizing and exactly what’s included, weren’t as clear as I’d hoped, so I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to find basic info. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, though — the product still seems decent, I just think the page could be a lot easier to understand.

"Barely Any Options"
I went in hoping to grab a few basic things, but the selection was really limited. I couldn’t find even the simple stuff I needed, and when I asked about it, I kind of felt brushed off like it wasn’t a big deal. Disappointing overall.

"Started smelling really fast"
I bought this hoping it would handle dog smells a little better, but it really didn’t. After just a few walks, it already had that gross wet dog smell, and washing it barely helped. Maybe it works fine for some people, but for us the odor resistance just wasn’t there at all. Disappointed, especially for the price.

"Nice looking site, but kind of a hassle"
The website looked good when I first opened it, so I thought it was going to be easy to use, but somehow it ended up being annoying. I had a hard time finding the sizing info, and on my phone a few pages felt slow or kind of jumpy, which made me not trust what I was tapping. The cart made me go back and double-check stuff more than once, and that got old fast. I did finally get my order placed, so I guess it works, but it took longer than it should’ve for something that seemed simple. Not terrible, just not as easy as it looks.

"Not as convenient as it used to be"
I feel like this kind of gear used to be a lot easier to deal with. This one is just too heavy and bulky for us, and it takes up way more space than I expected. Carrying it around is a hassle, i’m kind of regretting the purchase.

The color I received looked sorta different from the photos on the site. Maybe it was the lighting or something, but it wasn’t really what I was expecting. A bit disappointing, especially for the price.

I ordered the red one, and somehow a blue one showed up instead. Like... how does that even happen? I double-checked my order and everything, so it wasn’t on my end. Then I reached out to support, and they took forever to get back to me, which just made the whole thing more annoying. It’s not the biggest disaster ever, but come on, wrong color and slow support is not a great combo

"Way too noisy for us"
The tag was jingling nonstop the whole time, it drove both of us crazy after just one walk. I ended up not using it again.

"At first I thought this was…"
At first I thought this was a nice buy because it looked good, but after just a few walks the clip started getting loose. That was really frustrating, especially for the price. Also, having to keep dealing with repeated verification was annoying and made the whole experience feel more hassle than it was worth. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I don’t have the patience for products that cost this much and barely deliver. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I expected way more. Definitely not worth it to me...
